A little about me
Dr. Chris Brindley brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping patients recover from
pain and injury. His journey began in 2006 when he graduated from the Maui School of
Therapeutic Massage in Hawaii. Living on Maui provided him with invaluable life experiences
that enriched his professional growth. Shortly after, he honed his expertise by becoming certified
in Active Release Technique (ART), combining it with deep tissue sports massage to help
athletes and individuals achieve peak performance.
Driven by his interest in biomechanics and sports medicine, Dr. Brindley pursued advanced
education at the University of Western States, where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic
and a Master's degree in Sports Medicine. His diverse background equips him with exceptional
skills in anatomy, assessment, and diagnosis, enabling him to address complex musculoskeletal
issues effectively.
An active lifestyle is central to Dr. Brindley's approach. As a marathon runner, yogi, surfer,
snowboarder, and functional weight trainer, he understands injuries and recovery firsthand. This
personal experience enhances his ability to guide patients on their journey to healing.
Dr. Brindley has worked with elite athletes, including his tenure at Nike World Headquarters in
Beaverton, Oregon, and his involvement with Nike Track and Field at national and world
championship events. He has also contributed his expertise to the World Surf League Pro
events, collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams to deliver integrative care. His
commitment to lifelong learning and innovation drives his approach to helping patients achieve
their health and performance goals.
