What to Expect

You initial visit will include a thorough history and exam. Any imaging (x-rays or MRI) that are necessary for diagnosis will be ordered at this visit. Depending on the extent of your injuries, you may or may not receive treatment at this visit. Once imaging is completed, care is dependent upon your specific injuries. The treatment plan may consist of as many as 3 visits a week or as little as 1 visit per week, and the length of treatment depends on individual progress. We utilize physiotherapy modalities in addition to soft tissue treatment, dry needling, adjustment, and stretching. Your care will include active rehabilitation, as well.

What is the Cost

Normally, we treat personal injury patients based on a notarized lien. This means you will pay nothing out of pocket, if the accident was not your fault. You should also check your auto insurance plan for something called Medpay. Medpay pays your health care bills immediately without having wait for claims through an adjuster and is the easiest way to receive care following an accident, whether it was your fault or not. We always recommend using a personal injury attorney after a car accident to ensure patients receive the care needed without worry about cost or navigating the auto-insurance system alone. Is Chiropractic care safe for my car accident injury?

The examination and diagnostic imaging will determine if a patient's injuries can be treated with chiropractic care. We also utilize our nurse practitioner for medical management as necessary. In addition, we work with other healthcare providers in the area when more invasive procedures are needed.
